Will I need new documents?

Yes. We’ll need valid photo ID, TRN/SSN/SIN, proof of address, and proof of income.

Do I keep my account history and number?

Yes. Reactivating doesn’t mean starting over — your account history and any funds already in your account are still yours.

Can I complete everything from overseas?

Yes. You can do it all through VM Assist or by visiting one of our overseas Representative Offices.
